PETER HILDERING -Vice-Président d ela FMJD- a fait une déclaration à ce sujet.
We have been having a serious discussion about our finances over the years 2003 and 2004 as a result of accusations of
Mr. Gantwarg. Mr.Gantwarg has explained widely internationally that he concluded based on his assumptions and calculations
that an amount of EURO 50.000 and several months later an amount of over EURO 100.000 was not reported.
As Mr. Gantwarg was member of the controlling commission he and Mr. Zioltkowski the other control member was given the
task to control the fiscal years 2005 and 2006. So the years 2003 and 2004 where out of the scope of there task.
Due to the accusations and no willingness of doing the task the GA requested him to do, we have concluded as FMJD board to exclude Mr. Gantwarg from this work.
The continuation of rumors about our finances and the legitimately of it has been the reason to request an independent certified
public accountant to control the years 2003 and 2004 and to advice us the outcome of such control.
Today I present you the results of that control. The FMJD already published the results of the control over 2005 and 2006.
We sincerely believe that this statement of the Tamek group will end the discussion.
